Coming back into the spotlight, Rihanna and her boyfriend A$AP Rocky are the newest cover of British Vogue for the month of March. In an interview, the singer spoke about her return to music, performance at the Super Bowl 2023, new album, her newest family, relationships, motherhood and career.

When asked about the new musical phase of her career, Rihanna explained about the pressure she puts on herself to produce something better than “ANTI”, but that she misses the creation of clips and releases of other songs: “It’s not the right way to look at music because music is an outlet and a space to create, and you can create whatever you want. It doesn’t have to be on any scale. It just has to be something that feels good. It could just be a song I like. It literally could be that simple.”

The singer’s youngest son was present during the photoshoots and she told a little about her family: “I’m literally the girl trying to get into the boys’ club, waiting for my turn. He’s obsessed with his dad. And I’m like: ‘ Didn’t I give birth to you? What’s going on?'”.
“Balance is nearly impossible because no matter how you look at it, work is always going to steal your time with your child. That’s the currency now, that’s where it goes. The magnitude of how much it weighs,” said the singer from Barbados, who spoke during the Super Bowl 2023 press conference, about the relationship between work and personal life.
